Toothless Quad 80 percent doneby ~Monoyasha

80% done. Missing puffy paint scales, head moving contraption and various bits of velcro, as well as moving wings.

Very comfortable to wear, contrary to what everyone thinks. Can walk on 2 or 4 legs and have it look completely natural, as you've seen from the various videos I have uploaded.

NOT leather. Microsuede. With scale pattern and metallic puffy paint scales on the head.

Cast featherlight plastic resin claws that click on the ground when I walk.

Bowls which were painted with acrylics. I see out of the neck area and have very good vision if i'm not trying to look right in front of me.

All body parts are removable for easy handling, storage and packing.

Overall I am very happy to finally have created Toothless. No, I did not get him judged or anything, because he's technically not anime and he's only ever been to one anime convention. I hope to change that in the future. ^___^

I didn't comment on this when I faved it because I couldn't find words to express how amazed I am by this. I've come to just simply accept that I am in so in awe and riddled with admiration at how well this has been done and pulled off so well, that I just can't quite find the words aside from what I've just said and, amazing work!

I saw a video from your toothless on youtube and all I can say is that I´m really amazed and stunned by all the work you put in it. It´s absolutly true to the original and it´s simply a joy to look at it

You choose great fabric that matches and all the little scales are so great to see!
May I ask: the "scales" on the neck are clear, right? Can you see throught these?

I want to create a own Toothless squadsuit in one or two years but I´m sure no one can come up to yours

I also like that you only made one half of his tag like in the movie. And the mouth looks nice, especially at side-face!

i have a very thin fabric called Chiffon used for the vision areas i could have gone with a thicker material but didn't want to obstruct my vision of airflow too much. thank you very much for all the compliments o^-^o
