Black Star Chain Scyths

I love how these turned out. Used compressed wood and layered to get that indented effect for the weapon base. Lots of sanding and priming. then many layers of paint plus lacquer to keep the paint job safe. The chain is actually plastic painted with fusion paint and sealed with lacquer.

This is part of my black star cosplay that will be debuted at Katsucon 2010.
